Fresh Fruit Bread Pudding Recipe | Food Celebrations<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />6 Bread Slices <br />2 tbsp brown sugar<br />2 tbsp cornflour<br />3 eggs<br />1/2 tsp cinnamon<br />1 tsp vanilla essence<br />1 chopped banana<br />1 chopped apple<br />Mixed fruit of your choice<br /><br />Method:<br />Cut the bread slices into cubes. Add the brown sugar and corn flour to it. Beat 3 eggs. Add the milk, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence. Then beat the mixture. Now sprinkle a little sugar on a baking dish and place the bread mixture on it. Add a chopped apple, banana, and any other fruit of your choice. Pour the milk mixture on it. Sprinkle some brown sugar on top. Bake at 170 degrees centigrade for 40 – 45 minutes. It is ready when it gets golden brown in colour. Decorate with pineapples, cherries and fruit of your choice. Drizzle with cream and honey.<br />
